Returns and exchanges are free
If something's not quite the right fit or colour when you receive your order, don't worry, we produce a small stock to allow for exchanges. It's only small (around 5% of volume ordered) so request an exchange as soon as possible.
The perfect exchange
They must be in perfect condition. So not worn, washed, altered or damaged in any way.
If you're exchanging a suit (the jacket and/or trousers), please keep hold of the garment sleeve and hanger as we'll only send back the item(s) to reduce waste.
We also recommend trying trainers and boots on at home before heading outside in case you need to return them. And if by any chance you do, please clean the soles with a sponge or a tissue so that we can process the return faster.
How do I return my order?
You can request a return right here (you can change the language in the top right corner). You'll just need your email address and order number to hand.
Once you've made your return request, you'll receive an email with your return label and QR code. Please slip the QR code into your parcel and then stick the return label on the outside. This will allow us to process the return faster when we receive it.
As soon as we receive your items back we'll process your exchange or refund. It can take up to 14 days so please bear with us.
Returns are free for orders from selected European countries including the UK. For other countries, we ask you to cover the cost of your return and we'll take care of the cost of sending out an exchange. Everything is explained here.
Wherever you're returning your order form, make sure to request your return here - even if you're organising it yourself. We can then send you a QR code to slip into your parcel so we'll know what it is when we receive it.
If this is the second time you are requesting a return, add the letters "RR" in front of your order number.
