A sweatshirt’s for life
First, a little history lesson. Back in the 1920s, sweatshirts were made for sport. A century on, despite its sportswear DNA, it's firmly crossed over into our everyday wardrobe. And that’s exactly how we designed the Perfect Sweatshirt—as an ultra-versatile layer that fits into every part of your day. From sofa to socials and everything in between.
An all-terrain cut
We’ve gone for a straight cut. Gently tailored at the hem, just enough to avoid the boxiness of vintage finds, but without veering into slim-fit territory. It sits just right on your hips, giving you freedom of movement without looking like you borrowed it from a 90s sitcom.
A sweatshirt for all seasons
At 380g/m², this fleece is weightier than your average (which hovers around 350g/m²). This means better durability and wearability from January to December. Maybe not in a full-blown July heatwave, but for everything else, you’re covered.
A cocoon of cotton
100% organic cotton jersey—that’s what makes this one a little different. Less water, no pesticides, zero GMOs. That means no harm to ecosystems, no nasties on your skin, and stronger fibres that last longer. Everyone wins.
Made in Portugal, made to last
We’ve left the crafting of the Perfect Sweatshirt to the wizards at Eigui, one of Portugal’s finest workshops. Expect brushed fleece for a cloud-like touch, a reinforced 1/1 rib collar, and double topstitching for strength and stability. Basically, it’s as tough as it’s good-looking.
The raglan sleeve: a game-changer
We’ve gone for a raglan sleeve, meaning the sleeve extends all the way up to the collar. Not a shoulder seam in sight. The result? Easier to pull on, easier to move in, and easier to wear. Bonus: this cut subtly shapes the upper body, making it even more flattering.
The ribbing that refuses to give up
We all know the disappointment of seeing ribbed cuffs that start sagging before you know it. You told us this was one of your pet peeves. Rejoice, we’ve reinforced our cotton 1/1 ribbing with 10% elastane, so they stay snug without stretching out like an old hairband.
Colours that stand the test of time
We opt for roll-dyeing. Instead of colouring the fabric after making the garment, we dye it before construction, locking in the pigments. The result? No fading, no dulling—just rich, long-lasting colours.
Comfort and strength, all in one
The Perfect Sweatshirt is refined for modern life without betraying its sportswear roots. It’s buttery soft, endlessly wearable and slides seamlessly into your wardrobe. If you’re ready to bring it into your rotation, you know what to do.
