If you don't like the product, you have 14 days to return it. A return guide has been slipped into each package with all the explanations. Otherwise you just have to go through your customer account. If you need to change the size, no problem. Return your product and we’ll do it within a few days, it's at our expense.
hen we receive the piece(s), we either make an exchange or a refund. It's up to you.

What are the delivery costs?

For metropolitan France, shipping costs are 9€ per product purchased in pre-order, and 9€ per order of products in stock.

Shipping costs within Europe and outside Europe are automatically calculated according to the weight of the order and the destination.

What are the delivery times?

When a product is offered as a pre-order, it is because it is not yet produced. So we need a certain time to produce it. The estimated delivery date is marked on the product sheet and you are reminded of it in the email you receive when you place your order. We do everything we can to ship it to you as soon as possible. This can take a few weeks, and sometimes several months depending on the product.

Once the package is shipped, the delivery time by Colissimo is 3-4 days for France, 3-8 days for other destinations.

For orders of products in stock, the delivery time can vary between 3 and 7 days. Classic.

How do I track my package?

When we send your package, we send you a confirmation by e-mail & sms to make sure you receive it. Inside the email, you have the link that allows you to follow the progress of your delivery, so you don't take half a day for nothing.

What should I do if I haven't received my package?

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier must normally leave a "calling card". On this notice, it indicates when the carrier must come back, or where the package has been left.

Sometimes the carrier does not leave a calling card. We therefore advise you to regularly check the status of your delivery via the parcel tracking number that was sent to you in the e-mail and the delivery tracking text message.

If your package is marked "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your caretaker or neighbours to see if they have received it for you.
